BNB MPay is a mobile banking application offered by Bhutan National Bank Limited, designed to provide convenient banking solutions without the need to physically visit a bank branch. It offers various features to streamline your banking processes securely and efficiently.

• Instant Sign-Up
• Set a 4-digit Login Password and transaction TPIN (keep this information confidential)
• Check account balances, view mini-statements, and access transaction details for all savings and current accounts
• Quick fund transfers within BNB accounts, to other BNB customers, and to external bank accounts in Bhutan
• Transfer funds using a beneficiary's mobile number or account number
• Receive Transaction Notifications for enhanced account monitoring
• Activate, lock, cancel, and change your PIN instantly
• Temporarily block or unblock your debit card
• Adjust daily spending limits on your debit card (up to Nu. 40,000/day)
• Manage beneficiaries by adding, deleting, or viewing details
• Make instant payments to merchants using Merchant Pay or individuals via QR codes
• Recharge prepaid mobile services for BT and TashiCell
• Settle postpaid mobile and leased line bills for TashiCell
• Pay BPC electricity bills, credit card bills, and DrukCom TV bills promptly
• Access loan details and make EMI payments instantly
• Request offline services such as cheque books, ATM debit cards, and account statements
• Utilize calculators for Term Deposit, Recurring Deposit, and Loan calculations

To enhance your experience, the application requires access permissions for:

• Location (for ATM/Branch locator)
• Phone (for calling BNB Bank Contact center)
• SMS (for sending activation SMS)
• Camera (for QR code scanning)
• Phone status and Identity (for generating a phone ID)

Charges:

No charges apply for registration or transactions within BNB MPay currently. Any future fees for additional services will be communicated through SMS or the bank's website. Please note that data charges from your mobile service provider may apply.
